Ross Labels Cafe

I was impressed with the option of using Alpro milk in my mocha, which was served at the perfect temperature and stayed warm until I finished it. My husband enjoyed his hot chocolate and bacon, brie, and cranberry toastie, saying it was delicious. I thought my cheese and tomato toastie on panini bread with sesame seeds was lovely. The toasties were accompanied by French fries and a salad with a strong vinaigrette. The restaurant was very clean, with tables sanitized between customers, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

A lovely enjoyable shopping experience. I always love coming here as staff helpful all under one roof. Frequently use the cafe for a nice cup of tea.

Not at all impressed with the choice of hot meals and what we did see for seemed poor value. Slow service did not help. Will we eat here again? Probably not, sorry Come on Labels, you can do better.

Wouldn't bother again. We had two panni's and two coffees which cost nearly Asked for them to be heated (as usual). Took ages. Had to remind them we were still waiting and then barely warm and not at all crisp. Would have been quicker...and better to have baked potato or cooked dish (and just the same price). Other people had their food quicker, as if we had been forgotten. Need more staff and better organisation.

The café is lovely and serves delicious homemade food. I highly recommend trying the faggots. Prices are a bit higher than average, but not too expensive for a coffee and cake.
