Yew Tree Inn - Hereford

This restaurant is a great place to visit. The owner was friendly and humorous. If we pass by this way again on our way home, we will definitely stop for another drink and a snack. The cozy fireplace next to the seating area is a nice touch.

This review is from a pub we visited while staying in Peterstow (Ross on Wye). It is a true community hub where locals gather for conversation and relaxation. We felt very welcomed during our three-night stay in the area and made sure to visit the pub every evening. Although they only serve food after 5:00 pm and offer only one option, we thoroughly enjoyed the freshly cooked pizza from their pizza oven. The pub is located next to a cider orchard, allowing visitors to taste their ciders on tap or purchase them directly. Overall, a cozy and inviting spot to unwind and enjoy good company.

I only spent the weekend camping here with my friends, but I had a great time. It was wonderful to see a family working on something they are clearly passionate about. From the camping site to the beautiful gardens at the top, the apple wine production, and of course, the tasting, it was a fantastic weekend.

Absolutely superb pub and touring place, all facilities immaculate, heated wc and shower block, beautiful pub with staff who went the extra mile, thanks claire, martin and mark to name just a few. we hope that their cider festival will continue to be a fantastic success, I am sure we will visit again, julie and neil x

Stayed here for a couple of nights with our motorhome. The pub was great, big atmosphere, noisy but friendly locals, we were made welcome! Great range of ciders and perries as well as beers as the pub is on the site of Ross on Wye Cider Company. Added bonuses are the excellent pizzas available in Thursday, Friday and Saturday and occasional live music. Wish we lived a bit nearer, will definitely visit again when in the area.
