The staff at the hotel are polite and attentive. The breakfast is excellent and the waiters ensure that your coffee cup is always full. However, the rooms are a bit disappointing. The carpets have a musty smell and the beds are just okay. The rooms do have necessary amenities like an ironing board and in-room coffee. The bathroom is modern and the showers are enjoyable. The location is convenient, near the main highway, and there is a large supermarket across the street. Be sure to use the crosswalk at the light for safety when heading to the supermarket.

The breakfast in the morning is excellent with a wide selection of delicious options. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hot water in the shower was a pleasant surprise, as it was the first time the reviewer experienced this in Costa Rica. Guests can receive assistance with their luggage to and from their room, and there is a shuttle service to and from the airport. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and the internet quality is good. The reviewer enjoyed their stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and staff. The complimentary dinner and breakfast we got as a part of the compensation for our flight being cancelled wasn't all that fantastic, but the design and the rooms were great. Having the gym all to myself was also a joy. The beds were ultra comfortable. Wish we could have stayed here longer. It is quite far from the actual center of San Jose though, especially on foot.
