Pasquale and his team are part of the top league in gastronomy. Here are the best ingredients in the kitchen deliciously prepared and cured by top trained, very attentive and nice staff. For gourmets and wine lovers one of the best addresses! Unfortunately, there are no more many restaurants that dominate their craft and love Pasquale in the Sassella.

For the first time we went to dinner with friends sitting outside on a sunny evening. A variety of dishes all freshly prepared and some special suggestions of the day. We had meat, fish and pasta. Everything was good, except the pasta that was overcooked and far from being al dente. This needs a substantial improvement!! Everything else is good.

Not the place for you if you are in a hurry and with a small adjustment it would win a fifth star. It is beautifully located with indoor and outdoor tables: most tables give you beautiful views. The menu gave balanced and varied offers. The pasta dishes, the Angus Steak and roasted Calamari were very good as the fish. Vitelli Tonato was disappointed. The friendly service ran at times. Overall, it was a happy experience and reasonable value: certainly worth a revisit

For me, this restaurant is the best place in town. The food is amazing and the owner and the staff are great, great people. I also enjoyed the good ice cream in the gelateria and a drink or two at the bar. If you just go by buying it is really worth giving it a try! When I was there, I went to Sassella for at least a week. Finally, I highly recommend this place for all the above reasons!
