Kfc - Hephzibah

Had a coupon told the cashier what was on it and my order was still wrong when I got to work was very disappointed I only spent $5.99 it's just the principle

Food was good but it would be nice if the women at the drive through said something to complete your order!There was not a word said so we were like o.k!If I spend almost $40-50 on a meal,at your restaurant then you should be able to say something to let me know I got everything I paid for!

I gotta say that I was pretty leary about stopping at this location .. kinda shady area.It was totally worth it!! They have absolutely amazing staff. They were so polite and respectful! It was going to take 15 minutes until my order would be ready, which I expected. The awesome thing is that when I parked, a young man came out and brought my doggo ? a cup of water and some FF to snack on while we wait..My only complaint is the size of the chicken pieces, I felt sad (for 2 seconds) eating a tiny leg and wing.But it was DELICIOUS ?

There is no KFC on Tobacco Rd in Hephzibah. So, are the reviews false?
