Steak 'n Shake - Henrietta

Every time I'm at this place, it's dirty. obviously they don't care to keep the place clean, probably because the next next steak 'n shake is a few hours away. I was really excited when this opened, but between the lack of cleanliness and the few paints their ice machine was down and they could not make shaking, I gave up quite a lot on this place.

Hot and fresh burger and fries nice and fast I enjoyed it

Here is only disgusting! my man and I ordered a simple hamburger and hotdog with fritten. bleh! the hotdog was soaked, the pommes were so dry .. seriously the worse pommes I had lived in all my life, and my man was not fan of his burger. also the service was terrible.? not here! I'm not here!

A person works counter and drive them thru. on Saturday night I had no milkshakes at 20 o'clock. 5 tables that were open due to the kovid 4 were dirty. we just stopped because the whole steak and the shaking have closed on our side of our city. Now I remember why. save your own effort and don't stop. they will be disappointed.

Purchased a bacon burger w/fries. It was delicious. Just needed napkins.
