Jersey Mike's Subs - Henrico

I walked in on a Saturday lunchtime and was told they weren’t accepting walk-in customers because they had too many orders. This is ridiculous—it’s a walk-in sandwich shop! Turning away customers for online orders is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning. Such poor customer service and rudeness. I'm heading to Jimmy John’s instead!

The staff is friendly, and they offer a breadless option for your sandwich served on a bed of lettuce.

I have never had a bad experience at Jersey Mike's. This location really satisfied my cravings, especially since it's been a while since I enjoyed one of their amazing subs. Keep up the excellent work you all do!

I will never go back. The food made me very sick. I tried a different location thinking it would be better, but it was the same experience.
