Great Steak/surf City Squeeze - Henrico

I've been having their smoothies and shakes for 10+ years in San Diego. The peanut butter banana is really y one of my top 5 treats. Always consistently great. But here. Tried them here for the first time since moving to Virginia. They weren't the same. Too icy and not much flavor. Very average and very disappointing considering I know how great they can be. Too expensive for just average drinks.

The owner barely speaks English. I asked respectfully if he could repeat what he said, but he seemed a bit irritated. Unfortunately, the smoothie tasted quite poor, After trying them, we ended up throwing them away. Honestly, making a smoothie with frozen fruits at home would be a better choice. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.Smoothies sure absolutely disgusting.

My cheesesteak tasted like rubber throw up. Worst cheesesteak I've ever had in my life. Highly suggest going somewhere else. In my opinion, this is one of the worst food establishment in the short pump area. Steer clear.

This place is not even a one star I had an awful experience at the Great Steak Surf Squeeze located at 11800 W Broad Street Suite 2116. I live in South Carolina and every time I connect to Virginia My daughter and family patronize this place. My daughter and I went in and placed an order. The lady at the register handed my daughter the tray with our food on it. As soon as the tray was placed in my daughter s hands it flipped and all of our food was on the floor. I spoke to the manager about it but he refused to replace our food. He said that we would have to repay in order to get the food replaced. Terrible customer service. Never again will myself as well as my family will patronize this business again.
