Box Lunch Bistro - Henrico

This lunch was catered by a pharmaceutical company for our medical office, and it was disappointing. The sandwiches had stale, hard bread that crumbled apart. There was a salad and something that resembled veal, but it was hard to tell. They didn’t even manage to put a whole slice of cheese on the sandwich. It was honestly the worst lunch I’ve ever had. I wouldn't recommend spending your money on this.

We had a quick lunch meeting, and Box Lunch Bistro did a fantastic job with the delivery. They efficiently accommodated our needs for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. I ordered the roasted chicken, and I was pleased to find it was actually roasted chicken and not just deli meat.

Last week, our large office ordered from Box Lunch Bistro, and the food was outstanding. I accidentally left my vegetarian lunch behind, but the driver promptly returned to the office to retrieve it and delivered it right to me. We were extremely satisfied with both the service and the quality of the food.
