Contribuiți la feedbackWe have usually had a good experience at this Chick-fil-A location in the west end of Richmond. They do their best to keep the lines moving whether you go inside or through the drive-thru. I do appreciate that this location has a specific drive through lane for mobile orders so you don't get caught behind people placing long orders and such, and the staff outside will ask for your name and check you in and you hop in the rest of the drive thru-lane. It seems like they try to keep the dining area as neat as possible and clean the tables regularly, but that can be a little lacking during peak rush times when they need more staff taking orders. If we have had an issue with an order, the staff is usually quick to remedy the situation. And another plus is that this location is one of the easier ones to get in and out of which is always convenient!
Would give zero stars if I could. This is definitely top 5 WORST Chick-fil-As in Richmond (for a number of reasons, but tonight was the last straw for me). The ONLYYY reason I 've ever visited this location is because I live across the street. For yearsss, I would make it a point to past this location and go down the road to Parham instead; Unfortunately they 've been closed under construction When I do come here, I usually do a mobile order so I can spend the least amount of time in here possible. 99% I still have to go in and wait for someone to acknowledge my order has yet to be made (even though the app may say completed), and that I 'm there in person waiting and additional 5-10mins for my order. Tonight was no different. Ordered the Maple Pepper Bacon chicken sandwich. One more time for clarification, the maple pepper BACONNN . I get my order after having to wait about 5mins inside, and head home with the quickness. As I 'm heating up my sandwich and getting ready to add my condiments, I 'm noticing something doesn 't look right about it. NOT A SINGLE SLIVER OF BACON TO BE FOUND!! At this point I 'm angry and annoyed asf. Aint no way I was letting this slide. I head back out, sandwich and receipt sticker in hand. When I get there I let them know my confusion on how I ordered a sandwich, literally with the word BACON in the title and how it was given to me with no bacon. She tossed my baconless sandwich in the trash and let me know she would remake it the way it was ordered. She hands me the new sandwich and says I 'm gonna let you check it first I say thanks and proceed to lift the bun to check . the scraps of bacon of bacon that were thrown on there put together may have equaled ONE piece. The woman that handed me the sandwich, saw the crumbs of bacon just like I did, then said that 's how much it comes with Girl BOO!! I 've had this sandwich twice before and haven 't had this problem or been served these bacon bits! If you gotta have a CFA fix, go to another one. They play ALL DAY in here, and could care less about the quality of the food they serve
We have been to several Chic-fil-A and this one by far was our worst experience ever!!!!!! The checker took our order repeated it back and when we got to the window it was wrong. We explained to the manager that we asked for Mac and cheese in place of the fries and he proceeded to tell us there would be a up charge of $5.00. This is not about the money but more about customer service. Instead of accepting that they made a mistake the manager proceeded to argue with me that we had to pay because the checker was training (on her own). Then when I explained that we should not have to pay for their mistake he proceeded to cut me off to explain the difference in size and price. When I brought to his attention that he cut me off he again proceeded to defend their mistake. At this point I was disgusted with the whole experience and had it not been for my wife wanting her food I would have left. This location has the worst reviews and I'm sure it's due to the service. Ps our food was luke warm, I will never return to this location again.
There was no point in ordering a mobile order ten times slower than driving through, and I had to wait 10 minutes in the lane! While regular drive-through order cars pass by, maybe 20 cars pass by. What is the point?
I've been so unhappy with my recent experience, with Chic Filet that I have sworn them off totally. I've never been a fan of the franchise anyway, and feel the food is overrated. I just visited this Chic Filet because we were starving, and they had a soup I had been wanting to try for a while (I love soup all year round, and it looked good in the video. I don't understand the obsession with Chic Filet but suffice to say that I was very disappointed with the food, service, and overall experience. It's just chicken peoples! Not only that, but I've been to a variety of fast-food chains that are not considered the quality allegedly provided by Chic Filet (Isn't Chicken your forte? and found the chicken, and food to be better. I have never had anything but great things to say about Wendy's, and feel people sleep on that chain. Another thing that frustrated me was the lack of knowledge displayed by the staff. The food here was awful, the service was slow and unprofessional, and the staff was uninformed about the menu and ingredients. I asked the order taker if this was the soup with tortillas, and she couldn't even tell me if the soup contained chicken. When I asked our order taker which soup contained tortilla chips, she was clueless. She couldn't even tell me what was in the soup. This lack of knowledge was very frustrating and made me feel even more disappointed with the restaurant. I like to feel like I'm in good hands when I'm eating out, so this was a huge turnoff. It felt like the staff was not familiar with the menu or didn't care enough to learn it. Again, this lack of knowledge just added to the terrible experience. So why don't your employees know the products of the business that pays them? You ask?? I do too!! For the love of chickens!! How difficult is it to know what's in the soup without me having to Google it. Lawd Help Us!! To make matters worse, both I and one of my @we_hungryaf buddies got a stomachache from the chicken nuggets. She reported it on their website, and no one has responded. I don't know, but I'd say the franchise has deteriorated. I've written reviews for bad experiences before, but this was by far one of the worst foodies experiences I've ever had (anytime I get sick, they rank at the bottom . In writing this review, I hope to prevent others from going through the same negative experience I did. Don't Take It from Me!! You are at your own risk when eating!
