Sonny's Main Street - Henniker

My boyfriend has called in for takeout twice now in the evening, and both times the restaurant has taken his order over the phone and then closed early, preventing him from picking it up. I work at a restaurant, and even when we close early, we still wait for customers who have placed orders so they can pick them up. If we can't reach them, we make sure to notify them. Sonny's has failed to do this for my boyfriend on both occasions. I am disappointed that he wasted gas money and time thinking he would be having dinner tonight.

I purchased a $50 gift card from Sonny's. The man at the counter charged me and handed me the card, which looked worn and unappealing. When I asked if there were any other cards available, he informed me there were not, but assured me that the one he gave me would still work. Feeling uncomfortable with the condition of the card, I requested a refund. The man explained that only his wife could process refunds, but she was not currently present and would not be back until next week. I regret not choosing to get a gift card from Western Ave Pizza instead.

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is delicious, the staff is incredible, and it's my kids and grandkids' favorite pizza spot. I also love it. We dined in for dinner and the price per person is very reasonable, between $10-20. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a perfect score of 5.
