Great pub. eating is extremely good. great wine list. beautiful decor and personal are excellent. would be highly recommended.

Discovered this gastro pub by chance as we were having a Sunday walk in the woods next to the pub. Great variety of starters, mains and desserts. Beautiful food presentations and great flavours along with a good selection of wines, all at a reasonable cost. My new favourite pub in the Reading area.

Visited today for the first time food was amazing staff very friendly and helpful definitely worth a visit the laminated OS map was very handy but did miss our train

Lovely lunch here at the weekend. The pub has been done up really nicely the old bar is cosy and characterful and the dining room is beautiful and airy. And the food was outstanding! Try the pork belly if they have it on the menu again! Can't wait to go back in the summer and enjoy the garden.

The pub has recently had a refurb is light spacious, Staff are very attentive friendly, the food was amazing , well cooked , well presented very innovative menu ! We really enjoyed it defo go again
