The Henley Brook

Came today to try the pulled braised brisket roll and it was to die for!!!!!! Credit to the visiting chef for creating a delicious meal. I really do hope you consider putting it as a permanent item on your menu. Love the vibe here will definately return.

We had my husband’s 70th birthday party at The Hen and had about 35 guests ranging from toddlers to people of our own age. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. They are exceptional! On arrival they helped me put up decorations in the marquee and throughout the afternoon they constantly checked that everything was satisfactory They helped me plan a lovely menu for the day within our budget which consisted of their gourmet pizzas, salads and tasting platters. The food was plentiful and delicious. When they brought out our birthday cake it was resplendent in sparklers and candles and they encouraged everyone to sing happy birthday to my husband. Our guests loved the venue, the relaxed atmosphere and the children were able to run in the playing area while still being seen by their parents. Thank you to all the staff at The Hen for making our day so very special.

Love Love love this place!!!!!! I can't fault anything!!! We tried the scotch egg yesterday and O M G it is to die for! Of course the pork belly is still one of my faves, but definitely a thumbs up for the scotch egg!!

Love this place, the location, the suurounds, great food and service. Perfect place to lay in the grass and have a drink and food. Kids can run free and our puppy is welcome!

Such a great place to catch up and bring the kids along. When we were there last wkend the musician they had was AWESOME (his name was TJ O'Donovan). Great food, great music and great vibes for the whole family
