Captain Chicken & Seafood

Discovered this place recently while driving towards what we knew would be an absolutely packed Henley Beach because of the warm weather. To save us from dealing with queues at Henley square for fold, we popped into Captain Chicken Seafood and I’m so glad we did. Absolute quality fish and chips and seafood. Served in cardboard boxes too so they remained nice and crispy by the time we found a spot to eat by the beach

It's our regular go-to place when we head to Henley beach. Food is always delicious, value for money lots of deals to choose from. We've started recommending Captain Chicken to our friends, we always come away very happy.

Very quick service, I'm overloaded for $8 only I have a quarter of chicken and 1 scoop of chips. Good when your in a hurry and hungry.

Good prices, excellent portion sizes (pictured is a seafood combo pack and small chips and gravy, each definately enough for two people or one starving teenager aha). Small misunderstanding (no offence taken to it) and was given a free pineapple fritter (hot juicy and sugary, perfect) good customer service, staff seem to enjoy themselves (no sneaky moping around). Fish batter was perfectly crispy, gravy was amazing. Hot dog bun was a bit disappointing. Fruit salad had a perfect mix of fruit but had an odd aftertaste after eating most of it.
