Zorg ervoor dat er meer aandacht wordt besteed aan de netheid van de kamers en badkamers, en voeg luchtverfrichters toe. Kamers: 3, Service: 2, Locatie: 4.

Vriendelijk personeel dat zeer gastvrij is. Mooie kamers. Geweldig wellnesscentrum. Mooi parkeren. Kamers: 5 Service: 5 Locatie: 5 Hoogtepunten van het hotel: Geweldige prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

Gisteren geluncht bij Van der Valk Hengelo. Het broodje crispy chicken was echt een aanfluiting. Een broodje met een beetje sla en vier stukjes gefrituurde kip erop. Er zou saus op moeten zitten, maar die heb ik eigenlijk niet geproefd. En dat voor € 11,50. Het was een grote teleurstelling, want je kunt normaal gesproken altijd goed eten bij Van der Valk. Jammer. Service: 4 Hotel hoogtepunten: Luxe.

The rooms were on the ground floor but it felt like it was in the basement, also the room were quite dated and dark. And quite noisy we could hear the TV in the other room. I had asked for a room close to the facilities, which was unfortunately the opposite in the second building, so that my parents, who have difficulty walking, now had to walk extra distance. The food was excellent!!!
