Starbucks - Hendersonville

I love this Starbucks. I love their coffee.BUT I WON'T GO BACK IF I HAVE TO GIVE THE DRIVE-THRU PERSON A TIP, FOR DOING A JOB THEY WERE HIRED TO DO. I JUST WON'T USE MY CREDIT CARD. I tip all my servers really well when I am eating in a restaurant. DRIVE-THRU employees get paid well for the job they are doing. Servers don't get paid much, so tips are very important to them. Plus they are waiting and serving on me. Is Starbucks trying to make the customers pay for their pay raise?I won't do that.Joy

To the barista who made my macchiato this morning…. Impressive! ?

Got to this Starbucks at 8:28 when they close at 8:30. Barista stated they would not serve us because they were closed and that they close at 8:30. I stated it was not 8:30 yet and was told they were closed so they could not serve us. As we were pulling off both of the baristas working were shaking their heads and giving us dirty looks. This was terrible customer service.

I gave them a $50, my change was supposed to be $41 and they gave me $11. I didn't realized till it was to late. Make sure to check the change they give you
