Panera Bread - Hendersonville

I hadn't been to Panera in years, so this visit was a wonderful treat. The soup was just as delicious as I remembered!

This restaurant has the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and it seems they don't care at all about fulfilling customer orders. If you want to make even minor changes to your order, don't expect them to actually be done. The staff either can't read or simply refuse to check the display screen for orders. I'm frustrated with paying for overpriced add-ons that I never receive.

I really enjoyed the soup, but I was disappointed that the $1.00 soup advertised on TV wasn't available. The prices seem a bit steep, with a bowl of soup costing over $8.00. For two people, lunch ended up being nearly $50. Wow!

Great staff, great food, great experience. Can't recommend this location enough.
