Ny Pie (hendersonville)

I have had better frozen generic dollar store pizza than we had here. We ordered a 10' inch meatball pie with extra cheese. The pie came out soggy, under cooked cheese and tasted like you had baby barfed in your mouth. It was so bad we left the pie there and went across the street to Culvers. This in no way resembles NY pizza and is an absolute insult to NY Pizza. The service was bare minimum. The order taker was nice and had manners but again bare minimum customer service. Do yourself a favor and skip the pizza here.

NY Pie is an absolutely wonderful experience. Incredible food for the price. I love getting to eat there every time I go.

I’m giving the service a1 star because Sean A can NOT multitask or concentrate on ONE thing at a time. I ordered a garlic chicken salad, and I paid $3 for mozzarella cheese which is not on my salad. I asked for banana peppers which is not on my salad. I live 45 minutes away to open my bag when I get home to find my salad IS NOT WHAT I PAID for Sean A???? . It is very frustrating to pay for something you DONT receive. He CAN NOT run the register and make salads. He simply can’t not do it. He stopped making my salads 7 times to take new customers which explains why ITS NOT RIGHT ???????????. However, he does have great customer service. Just not multitasking abilities ?????
