Moe's Southwest Grill - Hendersonville

I love places where you make your own sandwiches/burritos. The chips are excellent, Burritos are fantastic and I love the spiced coke.

The cafe is clean looking. The waiters are prompt and helpful. The experience was good.

Wow. Only evil. I went in here today, on a Sunday, which should be a much slow day for her and numerous tables had to be deleted, the floor needed a sweep and more like a mopping. The straws were completely out, and the beverage station was also a hot mess. There should be a person destined to keep the dining room clean at any time, wipe tables when people leave and check the floor around them. Give them other easy tasks to do in the kitchen so that they are always used and earn this wage rate, but a guest should never go looking around, and decide not to eat in a facility purely on the basis of the first impressions. A dirty dining room always wonders how the kitchen looks. I bought a drink to keep me until I get somewhere else. Probably not be back. I wonder if this is a passive income franchise for someone and true leadership is never really present?

We eat today in Moe?s in Hendersonville and the staff is absolutely wonderful. You can say they take care of their job and experience of the customer! The manager works super hard if not harder than the wonderful employees who keep things in stock and keep the lobby clean with a smile on his face! The manager and his son who served us) were both fantastic. Absolutely wonderful experience! The food was also great:

I placed a delivery order and realized that i had input something wrong, so I tried to call the store to have it changed. I got sent to voicemail 4 times. I reached out to my dasher to see if they could let them know and they refused to change my order. I understand that I made the mistake, but still that?s not good customer service.
