Hunan Garden - Hendersonville

Dis beetch. Ordered food. Said we qualified for a free order of crab ragoons. The delivery took an hour and mins. Got our food and the free crab ragoons were missing from the order. Called back and they argued with us that we didn't pay for the crab ragoons in the order. My lo mein noodles were room temperature and are now cold and I've had them for mins. Also the lo mein noodles had no meat in it from what we had ordered. They are very rude on the phone. And now we are ordering from China wok. Worst service ever. I won't be ordering from there again and I eat a lot of Chinese food. Not a happy camper at all.

I have eaten ours and the free crabs were missing from the order. They have called back and argued with us that we did not pay for the crabs in the order. my lo my noodles were room temperature and are now cold and I have them for 10 minutes. also the lo my noodles had no flesh in it, from what we had ordered. they are very rude on the phone and now we order from China wok. bad service. I will not order from there again and I eat a lot of Chinese. no happy camper at all.

Will go elsewhere next time. as the above-mentioned post said that they calculate them extra for every little thing. size very small for price, very unfriendly!

The food came fast, it was delicious hot fresh. the supplier was politely helpful. I would definitely order from hunan garden again!
