The service was amazing! The two young ladies who helped us were patient and very helpful. The cookies are just okay. The flavor water was not the best. It has a strong artificial taste. I know they are made with syrups, but it could have been a lot better. The sugar cookie base tasted a little raw, and the frosting was not very flavorful. We tried 6 different kinds. They definitely are not worth the price you will pay.

The drinks were great, but the customer service was horrible. I purchased three drinks yesterday afternoon while there was a blonde young man, brunette young woman and a blonde young woman as well. With their Latina friend that was in the waiting area. As much as I enjoyed the drinks the customer service my family and I received was really bad. The brunette that took our order had such a bad attitude and acted as if we were interrupting her social hour. Last time I checked we were paying customers not asking for free hand outs. You guys should really train your team on customer service as they seemed think their personal life and gossip was more important than attending to customers. I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in this establishment. Even before we ordered we felt judged and disrespected. When I spend my hard earned money I like to feel good wherever I’m giving my business to. Especially in places I’m going to consider the product in.

My child tried this place for the first time. I heard the cookie was good, however, as someone who has a child on a gluten free diet due to celiac's disease and multiple food allergies, I do wish they would make all gluten free cookie flavors available for single purchases. It might increase sales demand. It is soooo hard to find gluten free items in most businesses that sell food, and even harder to find a variety, so thank you for thinking of offering gluten free cookies. Also, chocolate chip would be amazing too, or a chocolate-chocolate chip. :

LOVE the vibes in the store. All the employees are so friendly and the cookies are the best I’ve ever had! 11/10 would recommend!

Stopped by after lunch with the girls today. First time in here. I ordered a SAMOA cookie because I'm Samoan, duh! ? But also ordered the Banana Cream! I told the store clerks this was my first will be my last time in here... everything looked amazing mouth watery! ?I have to say both cookies were delicious but I loved the banana cream! Must try I'll definitely be going back.
