T-sue's Bakery - Henderson

This is a wonderful local bakery chocolate Eclairs were the best I ever had We made many decisions here at two visits during our stay. They also serve a local coffee. The staff was friendly and prompt both our visits and very clean and organized

French bread to die. Take the Henderson exit from I-10 and make the first left, T-Sue 's are just ahead of the right. When you see the red light flashing what it is almost always, they have fresh baked French bread. The bread is baked all day, they have rarely baked more than 5 or 10 breads at a time. The donuts are good in the morning, the pastries are okay if you like this kind of thing, the cream buffers are big, the pink cookies are srumptious but the French bread, oh my goodness, the French bread.... is it worth capitalizing? Absolutely. I have it in quotes because it's different than any other French bread I had. It has a soft golden crust with a delicate moist crumbs, a wide shrine from the New Orleans style French bread with it's cutting your mouth cracky crust and dry interior. Get a warm one and I dare you not tear it in and eat it alone. My favorite non-sandwich bread, by far.

Nice friendly atmosphere. Real Cajun food. Wonderful service.
