I was dying to try this place since it opened and finally got the opportunity to do so. As some others mentioned, it is inside Blume. There is no easily seen sign for Hashbrown so look for Blume and head inside. We were fortunate the place was empty for lunch. The plush Victorian style seating was comfortable but felt a bit out of place for breakfast. I was enamored by the lead photo of the avocado toast stack so I ordered that. The menu indicated all items in the section came with hashbrowns. The waiter did not bring any and I had to show them the menu before he aquiesced, still mumbling that it referred only to the Benedict's even though it said All. But ultimately they arrived. My compliments to the photographer of the avocado toast because my stack was significantly smaller looking. However, it was delicious and quite filling. We also split two candied bacon sides for the three of us. They were very thick slices of bacon with a delicious maple sugar flavor
I stopped here because from the name I thought it would be like a breakfast diner. Except it 's not. I honestly don 't know what it 's trying to be. The decor is so strange to me. Velvety blue chairs and crystal chandeliers. Sparkly and glittery it looks like a bridal shower could hold a really cheesy party here. The customer service was really slow, there were 2 of us and a toddler. I ordered bacon eggs and hash browns, my son ordered a burger. My food was mediocre at best. Sorry I really don 't have anything positive to say. Maybe it was an off day.
A bit of an unusual place for a breakfast joint. It is in an office complex on St Rose Parkway. Eclectic place with blue crushed velour seating and a huge bar. The food was good. The coffee was tasty. The service was adequate. The portion size was decent. My two minor issues are: the hash browns bordered on undercooked which is odd for a place called Hashbrowns. the coffee was priced at $4.00 which was overpriced in my opinion. The overall experience was pretty good and if we are in the area we would stop here again.
We came here with a group of girls for brunch wanting it love it as the atmosphere is really cute but that is where the love stopped. Service is mediocre at best and and the food is a bit of a bait and switch which started with the fruit plate that online looked amazing and in person was beyond poor. Menu is ordinary and nothing very exciting or new. In addition, No tea kettles for hot tea but rather dirty cups with hot water brought to the table for refills. Also, weird magician card trick person waking around. Top the experience off with the fact that the restroom doesn't have paper towels to dry your hands but rather cheap napkins. This is not what you would expect when you are coming for a brunch experience hard pass going forward.
