Roberto's Taco Shop - Henderson

Drive thru takes forever thinking they cook your food hot and fresh from the grill. NOPE food is cold from the refrigerator. We ordered Nacho and it is so cold that cheeses are not even melted. This is the second time and NIE will come back here. The guy in the window was nice. And that's all.

The food was bad and too expensive. I have the potato chz crispy tacos and the marinated and fried pork tacos. Not seasoned and meat was dry and chewing. Say less I'll never eat here again or at another of their chains.

This situation was on the way out of town, not the one I usually stop at, but thought it's closer so we stopped. Order was right, but as soon as we started eating the bean and cheese burritos, they were cold! We exchanged for fresher. We went back with warm food and back to the Burritos and now these were just SOUR as spoiled. I threw them away because we were too far, we wish I checked the reviews before I went to this place.

They shrink their shares, go to other Roberto's and compare their Togo box with this Roberto's. I never go back here. $15 for a little Carne-Asada-Fries? F!

I?d give it no stars if I could. What a joke of a bunch of garbage food that took forever and prices ridiculous, I wait 25 minutes to have my $5 taco fall through the shell, and then pay $8 for chips and guac, which I assumed was guac with some chips to dip, instead was a bunch of chips in a to go container with what looks like liquid avocado smeared on the top of the pile of chips with some cheese thrown on top with some burnt French fry tossed in. I really wouldn?t have been that upset if I didn?t just pay $20 for this dumpster fire. Whoever your franchise owner is should be ashamed, and clearly has never eaten the garbage they call food.
