This restaurant was excellent. The service was fantastic. For breakfast, we tried the Chef's special and it was delicious. The bartender/server took great care of us. We also celebrated my daughter's birthday and the staff came and sang. The atmosphere was really relaxing. Highly recommend this place.

I would rate this restaurant a 2+ out of 5. The food was just okay, nothing special and the execution was mediocre. I was disappointed that the hash browns were not crispy as expected. My wife's chicken and waffles were also unremarkable. The restaurant seems to have an identity crisis, serving as both Hash Brown for breakfast and lunch, and Blume for dinner. The decor is strange, with a mix of plastic gems, chandeliers, giant velvet chairs, and sports bar vibes. The service was average, especially considering we were the only ones there. Overall, the vibe was weird, the food was okay, and for the price of about $50 shown in the picture, I would choose to dine elsewhere.

Gotta say you can find this place inside of Blume restaurant on St. Rose Pkwy. The wait staff is on top of everything. Just GREAT. We ordered the cookies and cream waffle,and the eggs Benedict with turkey instead of Canadian bacon with hashbrowns.Everything looks Fantastic. I know I'm picky about waffles so this didn't hit my fancy. I will be back to try more options.

I absolutely adored this restaurant! The staff, atmosphere, owner, manager, and Chef were all fantastic. The food was simply amazing! Our server, Joseph, was incredibly friendly, fun, and accommodating. He provided exceptional service. Chef Dontae creates delicious masterpieces in the kitchen. I tried a Bacon **** Mary from the bar which was delicious. For my meal, I had the Steak breakfast burrito with ranchero sauce, which was the best I've ever had. Our server even brought a special surprise from the Chef, leaving my friend and I in foodie heaven. Breakfast or lunch at this place, located inside Blume restaurant, will not disappoint. It is very conveniently located on Saint Rose Parkway between Spencer and Jeffreys. The prices are great and the service is outstanding. Whether you're a foodie or just looking for a great meal, you will love this place!

This location is hard to find online and physically. It is inside the Plume restaurant. The decor is beautiful but the food was disappointing. Out of 5 plates not one was hot, barely warm. The Huevos Rancheros has very little flavor, no spice whatsoever.The berry waffle tastes good but again it was not served hot. I hope it improves. If you have a choice sit at a low table, thebar high table chairs are very uncomfortable when the foot rest is missing.
