Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

The food wasn't bad. Ordered through the drive thru. The person in front of me sat at the window for about 3-4 minutes. They got their food and I pulled up to the window, the girl threw my food and drink and me, took my card. Handed it back so quickly, got no receipt. She shut the window so quickly and walked away I wasn't even able to ask for sauce. There was a fry sauce in the bag but who wanted that? Not me. You'd figure for $14 a meal you'd be able to get ketchup. Don't rush other customers away because another one took up drive thru time.

$4 for a scoop of custard in a cone... I'll go to CJ's Italian Ice and Custard the next time I want a cone.

First time here and I must say it was really good. I don't often have the skinny fries but they were quite delicious. I'll have to come back here if I am in the area again.

Usually a good, quick, and quality lunch. But today I found not one, but two hairs in my burger.

We went through the drive-through and got a Chocolate, frozen custard. It was given to us from the drive-through window, we drove off to go eat it in our car. Opening the bag there was no spoon, so we had to drive back to get a spoon. During this time, the custard had started to melt. When we went back through the drive-through to return the frozen custard and get a spoon, we were informed that there was already spoon put in the bag after it was packaged. I watched through the window and saw there were no spoons being put in the bags of frozen custard. I told the person at the drive-through window that there was no spoon in the new bag of custard. It would’ve been impossible to eat the Frozen custard with no spoon. We got the new bag of custard and a spoon and went to go eat it and it was half melted and all over the cup and inside the bag. The presentation of what should’ve been a sweet and enjoyable time was tarnished by the whole ordeal. I would not recommend Freddy’s, nor will I return. However, the custard tasted good.
