I like this location because you can order on a kiosk. I think it’s faster than ordering with somebody and your order is more accurate. This way restrooms are very clean, and when they handed off drinks, they were very friendly my drink was made correctly.

Fast service and very friendly staff at the drive thru in the early morning. All you can ask for. Order was correct.

I came in at 12pm on a Friday, and the worker was so rude. I simply asked the girl making my coffee to add cinnamon sugar, and she purposely ignored me with a mad face. You should not be working in a place of customer service if you don't know how to service customers correctly! Whoever the shorter girl out of the 2 that were there is, should be fired!

This damn self service ordering is the death of customer service. Couldn't figure out the menus to order and the donuts you wanted weren't even on the screen requiring me to flag down a worker to help out. 5 min later and able to pay lol.

This location is absolutely my preferred one. I've been coming here, always through the drive thru with my dog, since it opened as I live pretty close. My usual is the iced caramel craze latte and usually a wake-up wrap or the bagel sandwich. I always have service that I am happy with from a variety of the workers I've dealt with! Occasionally, they won't have some food item I want on the fly, but I'm always able to find something I like. I love this location because they are quick and accurate! I know I'm not going to be sitting in the drive-thru for a very long time waiting for my stuff to be made or for the line in front of me to be cleared. I wanted to shine a little light on the consistent service I get and how great the workers are! An important thing to note is that this is a cash free location!
