Cubanidad 1885 - Henderson

Fantastic! This is authentic Cuban cuisine at its finest! Highly recommended! Plus, it's easy on the wallet!

Service was good. Parking is convenient. Restaurant was clean and spacious. Prices were fair for entrees but I was a tad disappointed in the amount of maduros I got for how much I paid. We read that the empanadas were frequently dry so we didn't try them and focused on the sandwiches. They were very delicious but some of the meat was just a tad dry which I really don't like. Not enough for me to rave about them as being the best but they're good and I will return if I ever crave a Cubano in Las Vegas.

I highly recommend this restaurant. Having lived in the Midwest for the past six years, I've really missed the food from the valley. I was thrilled to find a Cuban restaurant! My friend and I both tried the 305 sandwich, and it was fantastic! It even had house-made seasoning on it, which was superb. Give this place a try; you won’t regret it!

The decor has a distinctly Cuban vibe, featuring several framed plaques on the walls along with some South Florida touches. I ordered a Cuban sandwich with fries and a drink, paid my bill, and went to find a seat while filling my drink. I only waited about five minutes for my meal to arrive. The fries were hot, fresh, and flavorful—not overly salty, just perfectly seasoned. It was a solid start. Then I took my first bite of the sandwich... CRUNCH! The bread was perfectly toasted, and the combination of meat, cheese, and spices was absolutely delicious. I was thrilled to discover such a fantastic Cuban sandwich in Henderson. It lived up to all my hopes and expectations. Cubanidad does not disappoint. With its friendly Cuban staff, cleanliness, and mouthwatering food, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It’s definitely a restaurant I plan to visit frequently, and that Cuban sandwich is an absolute must-try!

So I was in cubinadad, probably about 30 times and only clear that I never wrote about it. if they are looking for a legitimate Cuban sandwich, I find this place after I came back from miami and was disappointed with her sandwiches. her 305 sandwich is the truth. the brot is perfectly crispy, the lechon and ham are juicy and full taste. we have some with the fries that are in order and the plantains that were good I recommend them to get a few of the sauces that they have to add the deep of the experience. the lechon asada was good, the black rice and the bons were very good. there are bakery and dessert are top rule. Do not forget to get a Cuban coffee to sell it at the end. this place will be here long if they haven't tried. the staff is very friendly and attentive, which is always an additional bonus, it really looks like they enjoy what they do.
