Coyote's Cafe Cantina - Henderson

We are regular, about twice a month, and always, without exception, enjoy the food and service. This lunch was no exception and it is always special when Saul is our server. Not only is the food good, but small details like the excellent fresh salsa bring them to the table and great icy tea that never allowed to go under half full in your glass. Consistent favorite.

Fantastic spot for delicious food! The service was excellent, and the owner personally checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory. If you're in the mood for generous portions of Mexican cuisine at reasonable prices, this should definitely be one of your go-to places!

My family has been visiting Coyote since the late 90s. The staff feels like family and has remained consistent over the years. The dishes are always fantastic and reliable. I’ve never had a bad experience at Coyote, and it has attracted a loyal crowd of locals, including my family and me. Although I no longer live in the area, I always make a point to stop by Coyote whenever I’m in town. Thank you, Francisco and team!

Fantastic restaurant! I ordered the chili rellenos and enchiladas with tacos, and my plate was piled high with amazing flavors! After two pitchers of margaritas, I could barely finish a quarter of my meal, haha. I highly recommend this place!
