I can?t believe I?ve cream can be delivered but it can! And I get it to you quick so whether you are home, or out and about, make this your spot when summer hits. You will not be disappointed tell them Chef Uber sent you.

Usually, this restaurant is fantastic! The staff is very friendly, which is why we keep coming back. However, the experience we had today (6-13-21) was quite disappointing. The woman working there was incredibly rude—she rolled her eyes at my daughter while she was placing her order, interrupted my elderly father when he tried to ask a question, ignored part of my order, sighed loudly when I requested lids, and overall appeared very frustrated. It was, to say the least, a very unpleasant visit.

I stopped by on a whim craving a milkshake, and the two girls working there were incredibly helpful. They made us exactly what we wanted and even gave us the leftover shake, which was about double what we paid for! I’ll definitely be returning!

I picked up my cake on October 29, 2021. When I arrived, I could see right away that the cake was melting. An employee took it to the back to try to fix the issue, but after a few moments, he returned and informed me that he couldn't salvage it as it was already melting and getting worse. He took a photo of the cake and said he would notify the manager. However, I never received any call from the manager (Nina), despite leaving several messages with the staff. Spending $60 on a cake that looked terrible was very disappointing. I would recommend staying away from this Cold Stone; the service was awful!

I will always go to the Sunset franchise over this one. Today at 4:30, we waited 25 minutes for 1 person making ice cream for multiple people. They had 2 other employees literally just standing there laughing. I?m not sure if the owners care or not. But please save yourself the time go to the sunset one. They?re much nicer there :
