Chef Flemming's Bakeshop - Henderson

I absolutely love this Bakery. When you first enter the smell of freshly baked goods surrounds you. The staff are always pleasant. I ordered a specialty cake with a picture of a Louis V purse it was priceless. MY cousin still talks about how happyshe was on her birthday.

I ordered a birthday cake a few weeks in advanced and paid for it. I called the day of picking up and they said they were closed. I had to get another cake. the next day after a refund, she said we had signs at the door to go back and why would I call (a little rude of my opinion). I told her to see if it was ready for the pick-up because his long journey from where I live. I told her a call would have been nice. I was lucky to get a cake from freeds that the dame was super nice there and her cake was delicious.

Wonderful bakery and very friendly staff! Chef Flemming is top notch! I had a special request due to a family members dietary restrictions, and Chef called me personally ahead of time to make sure everything was correct. Now usually dietary adjustments mean a sacrifice in flavor, but that was not the case with Chef Flemming... I'm not sure how he did it but it was absolutely delicious!

Cake was absolutely gorgeous and the hit of our baby shower. Not only was the cake absolutely gorgeous it was delicious. I can't thank these folks enough for the outstanding work they did. Definitely will be a repeat customer!
