Burgerfi - Henderson

Order didn't come out together. Took a very long time. Order wasn't correct. They were out of things on the menu. Tasted ok.

When will you guys be open again? We went last Saturday 9/9 then again today 9/15 and still closed. Needing a BurgerFi fix asap!

Unfortunately, our experience was not good at all. We got take out for our lunch and they missed items in our order. When their kids hot dog is $9 it adds up in cost.The burger quality was gross, the meat tasted like it was old and expired. The lettuce was rotten and the fries were soggy. I would avoid.

First (and last) visit to Burgerfi on 8/23/23 at 6:30. Burger was good but expensive. Fries were served warm (not freshly cooked). About half the tables were not cleaned since last customers. Windows and doors were very dirty. Trash receptacles were completely full. One employee came out and swept floor (didn’t clean tables) and the top of his pants were literally midway down to his knees and underwear on full display, not a good look for food service. Restaurant has good concept and potential but atmosphere was very poor.

I just visited this restaurant while charging the MachE, and it was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly, and I really enjoyed the onion rings. They also have two Coke Freestyle machines, which was a nice bonus. I ordered the ultimate bacon cheeseburger, along with some desserts, and everything was delicious. Just a heads up, the red velvet dessert is quite messy, but it tastes excellent. We'll definitely be returning!
