Boom Bang Fine Foods Cocktails

We made a reservation for New Year's Eve and were charged $50 upfront. When we were seated, we were presented with two menus: the regular menu and a special menu for the evening. However, when the server came to take our order, I attempted to order from the regular menu, only to be told it wasn't available. Why offer a menu if you're not actually serving from it? The special menu consisted mostly of seafood, and they should have informed us at the time of reservation that the regular menu wouldn’t be available. A simple heads-up when we were seated would have been appreciated. After having one cocktail, we decided to leave and go somewhere else. Our bill was $36, and I told the server to keep the remaining $14 from the prepaid $50 as a tip. However, I noticed an additional $4 and some change was added to the charge on my card. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

We visited this restaurant for the first time on New Year's Eve and were pleasantly surprised, although we didn't realize it was a prix fixe menu. We had been excited about the raw bar, which unfortunately wasn't available. However, the other options were outstanding, featuring scallops, foie gras, steak, and halibut. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted even better. The service was excellent, and we can't wait to come back and explore the regular menu.

Consistently excellent time and again. I do wish they offered a traditional house salad of some sort, but this place is a solid establishment nevertheless. Great place to have in Henderson!

I was really pleased to discover this restaurant! It's somewhat off the beaten path, but I'll definitely make an effort to return. I was very impressed with the quality of the food and the overall experience. Plus, they have a fantastic name!
