Lost a 30-year customer plus other customers related. I came as close as they closed. I would not be able to make a purchase, I tried to get the attention of employees and owners to ask a question. they deliberately ignored me. the level of ease and customer service has changed definitiw. every time I'm in town, I make several visits at this place because it was a childish favorite. I will not come back. 3 stars on the basis of a memory and an experience.

This carvel is one of the oldest and best around eis.
My experience at Carvel's was a positive one .The young lady that served me was professional and pleasant. The ice cream was fresh and tasty as ALWAYS! However, I was disappointed that the Egg nog flavored ice cream wont be out until next month.
