I felt that Maria treated me quite poorly during my visit. When I asked her for something, she pouted and seemed unwilling to help. The incident occurred on the right side of the establishment. I believe that employees should maintain a positive attitude and not roll their eyes when customers make a request.

When we ordered our shakes, we noticed that the staff seemed to struggle a bit with the ice. It took quite a while for them to prepare it. The regular shakes, made with milk, were fine, but the service could definitely use some improvement.

When you're ordering shakes, it's worth paying attention to how they're made. Some staff use ice (which is a drag), while others make them the classic way with just milk and ice cream. Unfortunately, the ice cream selection here is below average; I usually prefer to go to other nearby places that offer almost all 31 flavors! However, I want to update my review: both Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins have significantly improved over the past year, from 2018 to 2020.

Driven thru many times, only once did they get my order correct. I'm flexible and will not usually complain for something minor but, the kids that work there don't have a clue. So if you order a cone u get a cup I ordered cookies and cream and got pistachio. c'est la vie.

If you 're craving a nice thick milkshake with the yummiest ice cream don 't come here. Was craving a pralines and cream milkshake and got a cookies and cream as well for the husband, pulled up to the window to 2 medium cups filled with milk and maybe a scoop or 2 of ice cream. And the pralines and cream wasn 't even filled up to even consider it a medium as I was looking at it like wtf, the cashier knew I 'm not happy so she took it back and had the person re do it with out me even saying anything... thanks but again the milk with hardly ice cream milkshake , I feel like I 'm drinking flavored milk. I may give it another chance but I think I 'll find another location. I feel like the shakes are supposed to have whipped cream as well.. ?
