I've been going to Mitter Bürmann for 15 years and love the food in the restaurant.

Christmas buffet very disappointing. Despite previous demand, no geese or duck. In my opinion, the food corresponded to the average. Only one starter (soup with coriander). As supplements only lumps and croquettes. Beer roast dry. It's just too little for the money. Then you can also offer a Christmas menu if you have no real choice, for example for appetizers and desserts. Nutrition restrictions: After consulting, gluten-free food is available. Croquettes? Clever? What supplement should you take?

Mother Buermann is a good old restaurant with German bourgeois cuisine. Food according to classic recipes is delicious. If you do not want a large part, it is recommended to order a smaller part. The service is attentive, but requires a reminder from time to time. Kindness is basically present. The ambience is classic German and not old. The restaurant is not accessible. Basically, six levels in the restaurant and the toilets can be overcome. For this, the toilets are not freshly restored, but very clean and odorous for a man's toilet! So overall a recommendation for a nice time with good food!
