Gastrotrucken - Helsingoer

We got burger from the gastrotruck in Skovshoved harbour and they are absolutely among the best we have got. We shared a portion of fries, and there was plenty.

We were at the Skovshoved harbour. Where they have a place at Halgodt. Super experience, with good food and cozy surroundings.

We have got better burgers on McDonalds and the little bag with pommes fries was more or less half inside...

Never have I got so bad bao buns.. no green but once free ride chicken for too much sauce, and a bao bun that was completely sticky!

This review relates to a visit by a food truck from the Gastrotruck at Balders Plads in connection with the Copenhagen Jazz Festival, where the offer stood on burgers for DKK 80, free up to €40 and a combo for € 110. I chose the combo. The dogs were rough and very good. I chose an esdragon mayo as accessories it was good, but not among the best I have tasted. When an esdragon mayo is made right, you are very close to the taste of a good bearnaise sauce, and unfortunately we were not near here. The burger was made with a really big, sweet brioche bun. The tasted lovely, but the size of the bun was getting the balance in the cage to tip. The amount of white bread was equally plentiful compared to the size of the burger and this unfortunately neutralizes something of the juicyness. It was juicy and tasty, and there was a good and exciting accessory freely remembered after memory with bacon, cheddar, pickled red onions, pickled cucumbers, iceberg and baconmayo. Maybe it would have been to hang a little better together? The operation was fast and efficient. Although the burger was great and juicy, the balance and the overall experience was unfortunately not very good enough to reach among the very best burgers in the city.
