Large pizza: I had a mario with speckle, gorgonzola and salami, and the pieces of spekken were cut and fried properly, not like those I had put on others where they were too fat, thick and dominant. the broth was thin, slightly chewing and had a crusty crust without burn spots. regarding the Swedish pizzasalat it was crispy and hit a good balance between sweet and sour.

I ordered the "Mario" pizza with speck, gorgonzola, and salami, and I was impressed with how well the speck pieces were cut and fried, unlike other places where they can be too fat and dominant.
