The Railway Inn - Helsby

Toni and Thom have got this place working at the top level! Had my sons first birthday party here and experienced today what changes they'd made post-lockdown after the Covid outbreak. I couldn't commend them more for the work they've done or the work they're doing. An absolute haven for everyone in Helsby! Proud to say this is my local!

Thank you to the landlady Toni for lending us and letting us decorate the pubs function room/sports bar, and also doing the buffet. Everyone had a great time for the christening last Sunday and I would certainly recommend the pub to anybody. Toni's help was much appreciated. Thank you.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Little noisy from squeaking floors, which is understandable as it is an old building but my room was near a fire door which people would slam open then shut. That annoyed me. Staff busy but lovely and very accommodating. Shower unfortunately only had cold water. I do believe it was being fixed ASAP. Thank you so very much for the lovely stay.

I called to watch a game and found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our time there together.

It's been a while since I last visited this pub, but I was pleasantly surprised.
