Sonic Drive-in - Helotes

I usually have quick and easy service here with my order being accurate, but tonight I came by after my shift and just ordered a Double Cheeseburger, and a Garlic Burger for my father, we waited about 10ish minutes and then got our food, and when we got home we realized we have just gotten two regular single cheeseburgers.I don’t fault them if stuff got mixed up, with it being late, but we were the only car there at the time, so i dunno this is first time I’ve ever had this issue.

We haven't been to Sonic in a few years because it was terrible last time, but this location was outstanding today. The carhop/window attendant were both friendly and the food was great this time. Best cherry limeade I've ever had.

They definitely changed ownership or management here recently because it has been phenomenal! Food is actually delicious, HOT, and brought out quickly. Drinks taste top tier. Servers are very kind as well and attentive. Normally wouldn't crave sonic but this location has definitely changed the way we look at Sonic and in the best way! 10/10

Not as quick nor as flavorful burgrrs but great hapoy hour

The experience overall is good as far as the food and the service the atmosphere on the other hand there was a group of teenagers in the parking lot singing songs with obscenities and racial slurs. It just being extremely loud and rude that killed it for us we will no longer go back to that Sonic. Management really should not allow that it's killing your business.
