Sonic Drive-in - Helotes

This is one of our favorite Sonic locations. We've never had a bad experience here. The food is always fresh, and the drinks are made just the way we request. Plus, the staff is very friendly.

After experiencing poor service at a Sonic location, I decided to visit this restaurant, and it was completely the opposite. While people are quick to leave negative reviews, I believe it's just as important to highlight when things go well. I visited on a busy weekend, and within just five minutes, I was taken care of. I asked for Nicole, the manager, who was incredibly friendly, and she and her team did an outstanding job! Even though I live just a block from the Braun/1604 location, I will gladly make the trip here for the excellent service!

They took our order quickly, and everything was fresh as always.
