The kitchen is not dedicated gluten free but they were very accommodating and there is plenty on the menu without gluten. The food is delicious.

Great location for Northern Lights-we were for 2 nights and saw them both nights. they offer a “Aurora Wake-up call” that was super helpful, although my man first discovered them both nights. we have updated our room to a master suite and it was so a leak after the small rooms in other hotels in island. would have enjoyed more wellness amenities, but the location was great for visiting south island. highly recommended. the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Eating was excellent, friendly staff. owner was beautiful. whirlpools outside their rooms, a button to notify them when the north lights make a look. would have wanted a closed shower, but the tub was large enough to catch all spray from the shower. great location.

Only one night for our south coast road. would not recommend this hotel for a trip as it was in the middle of nothing. was said it was a good hotel and expect a very good space and service due to the high price. we have a very small room without a sight. the layout of the room was bad as it was on the right side of the bette tw. I wonder how we can see television or maybe the people come here to stay outside. the bathroom was old and worn. shower area was not perfectly sealed so that water tended to pour out and wet the bathroom floor. we have bad experiences by renting service employees both from cash and breakfast service. they were not friendly and understood a good service, maybe we were the only Asian guests round. in my opinion, the personal seemed to serve this American tourist.
