Contribuiți la feedbackI love the staff and the drinks are always perfect, the only problem I have is the hours. I work at 6 am so I try to get coffee beforehand and usually both locations are open before or at 6, but this morning (although both the google page and the hours everywhere online said they were open both were closed unexpectedly, so be prepared to be met with inconsistent hours. I understand the staffing shortages and supply shortages though and I'm looking forward to when things are back to normal: wonderful business and staff again. <3
Il avoid this store from now on.. too many poor experiences. Today i got in the drive through with only 3 cars ahead of me- super excited with sleeping kids in the backseat i thought YES i can get a coffee this will be quick... over 20 minutes later(kids awake& crying) i finally get my coffee with a breakfast sandwhich that was still frozen inside. I drive away to turn back around to run inside.. to tell them this is frozen. For them to remake me another that was STILL FROZEN INSIDE.I can understand people make mistakes, but not everyone can afford starbucks on the daily. And when you do go to treat yourself.. u expect a little more.Wont be coming back.
I order from this location frequently. When I mobile order its usually made correctly and palatable. However when I doordash its always worse than gas station coffee. I pay $8 for my beverage but it's 9/10 missing extras I paid for, syrups, shots, the correct milk alternative, and it's always luke warm or cold. The baristas here hate to remake anything and take great offense to being asked. When you have it delivered or are in a hurry you can't get a remake and just end up tossing it. Niki is the only person at this location capable of doing her job correctly everytime. I wish the manager and her other employees would drop the ultra woke feminism that's killing this location and driving good paying customers away. They need a more diverse staff that doesn't take personal offense when being asked to do things the right way or remake a disgusting beverage...
Seattle's best... I think that's right, innit? Yea. Love Whoo to the hoo! Sun Chaitea paramount. They got a cool two-seated drum with fyre pit included, click-click boom! There confessional booth is private all about that hear see no evil. Thank you for your service and God bless your families.Wheelchair accessibility: As an out-right-mental-defective. I'm handicapped by an attitude of indifference or intolerance. I appreciate the convenience.
I visited at 8:30 at 9/29/23. The amount of will and skill I saw from this team amazed me. Everyone worked hard and had a smile on their face. I would be lucky to have anyone of these employees on my staff. This speaks highly of the management. Kudos!
