Starbucks - Helena

I ordered a latte and a pup cup, which they generously doubled for my puppy since we were on our way to say goodbye to her. I truly appreciate the exceptional service during such a difficult time. Thank you for being so wonderful!

I had a somewhat frustrating experience with my coffee lid, as it kept popping off and ended up spilling all over my friend's car. Although the coffee was delicious and had a lovely aroma, I'm disappointed with the quality of the lid.

I would advise against visiting this restaurant unless you're ready to face the disappointment that comes with it. They frequently run out of the seasonal food and drinks that they advertise. When I’m paying more than $5-6 for a coffee, I expect to receive what the menu promises, not to be told that my first three choices are unavailable and having to choose from what's left.

If I ask for light ice I should be able to get light ice. Ice hurts my teeth and I don't want two sips for a 5 dollar drink.

This store shows off the new design language of Starbucks. Great ambience, friendly staff and a nice cup of drink, what else can one ask for a few bucks?
