Normally good quick service I'm sure it was an off night. They can't me be perfect. :

We waited for 20 minutes for 2 fries. When I called, the employee was rude and quickly dismissed my questions and hung up on me.

It took over 10 minutes to prepare a sausage egg mcmuffin. The staff was working at a feverish pace but was not able to keep up.
