The food was tasty, but the manager seemed incompetent. The staff in the kitchen were working hard, but the manager only communicated with someone who appeared to be the owner. Despite being called several times by the kitchen staff, she ignored them and eventually stopped working to help me. She made excuses and shifted blame onto the staff for contacting her. It was frustrating to see one person putting in effort while the other just talked and seemed unconcerned.

While the staff in the kitchen were working diligently, the manager only spoke to those who seemed to be of importance to her. Despite being called on by one of the kitchen staff several times, she ignored him until he had no choice but to stop what he was doing and assist me instead. She then made excuses and placed the blame on the staff member for not getting her attention. It was frustrating to see one individual working hard while the manager seemed more interested in chatting than actually working.

The chicken strips at Handbrake were delicious - crispy on the outside and moist and juicy on the inside. We loved them!

I have been there today and ordered an angus mushroom Swiss burger curly pommes. everything was hot and freshly spided and the heart at the window was very pleasant and professional. thanks! I still miss the hardees in bozeman.

Extremely poor quality of food. Cold, expensive and a poor design for a drive thru. Signs say no large Vehicles. The truth of the matter is curbing radius not large enough for a car period. This place might except a golf cart. Other than that your wheels and tires are getting 10 years of use in one stop at Hardee’s Drive through.Big pat on the back to Architect and City planning for letting this be the norm.Don’t expect this place to exist another year. Poor location for ingress or egress. Just a down right poor location along with poor quality equals empty building land locked only good for a internet base. This location cannot support a proper drive thur model. The Commercial Realtor who sold this parcel should get a award.
