Heimisch - Heimbach

Is a cozy place with a terrace hidden from the main street. the personal was very friendly and eager to revise the local dishes to a vegan/vegetarian version for us. I give a star less for a bit unhappy cappuccino (still no longer of them, as I heard that they had some complications with a coffee machine on this day.) overall I recommend visiting home when they are in the opposite to get a beautiful vegan option that is ultimately not a veggie burger. owners, please implement more of the local cuisine with a vegan whirl on their menu, I see it is a niche that they can be very strong!

Is a great place to visit. it had a vegan salad on the menu (I didn't do that when I went to breakfast) it had no vegan breakfast on the menu, but the owner is very good about what vegan food is and more that happy to fix a vegan breakfast for them. he would like to offer more vegan options, but there is very little demand for it. So if they go a vegan and in the opposite, go and support him! on this way they can help him to veganize his menu

Overall, I recommend to visit Heimisch when you're in the area to get a lovely vegan option that is finally not a veggie burger. Owners, please implement more of the local cuisine with a vegan twist to your menu, I see it's a niche you can be very strong at!
