Contribuiți la feedbackOften we were advised to come here once, as this place should look for its same. So yesterday it was ready. After reservation we got a large place near the counter at a nicely decorated table. From the first minute, a friendliness can be felt here, which has become so rare in many locals. After a greeting from the kitchen we were presented as an appetizer sheep cheese in various variations. A special taste experience! Then we were served on recommendation Nestors Kalamria, Scampi, Gyros, with rice and pommes. The fish perfect, the scampis very large, the gyros to the point. A very good supplement salad. A super espresso on ice to dessert, made the evening perfect. The food was a tasteful experience at a high level for us. The service is TOP. The owners cordially and attentive, the place very nicely decorated and lovingly cared for. The price is very reasonable for everything. We'll be back to Nestor and his team soon!
In the area west of Nuremberg there is a Greek restaurant in every village. (Maybe also east, but so far we have not come. We were able to get to know the one or the other after some of the descendants settled there permanently. For example, one bears the beautiful name “Tor Friedenseiche bei Nestor”, in Bürglein, a part of Heilsbronn (with s . That, so was given to us, a good diet, and so we had opened there in the late summer of last year. The pond of peace standing opposite the restaurant was wrong at the time: it was largely closed by attack with aggressive oak processing spiders. Wirt left of Bar Nestor also wore his name (yet wrong when he was just not old enough. His parents had probably not thought of baptism that their son would need an above-average length to grow into the role of the mythological naming ensemble. However, he received us as a Gentleman old school, which speaks French without and high German with accent and places great emphasis on welcoming all his guests personally. So we felt welcome. Despite reservations, it was necessary to have us six (four adults, two toddlers on the cliffed terrace. It is also a bit necessary to get used to the fact that the terrace lies directly on the Pflasterstraße, because if you sit on the edge, the traffic burns half a meter behind the back and mixes into the table conversation. But the need for reconciliation does not mean that one cannot get used to it. How child-friendly one is there, we noticed among other things the question whether one should provide the little ones before the big ones to simplify them. We liked to accept the offer, but also the food for the big ones was relatively fast on the table. And then we enjoyed it. A fish plate (16,90€) where not only the fish, but also the frying fat was fresh (although, dear Nestor, if you already cut the gambals, you can also pull the puffy filled intestine, and actually not only then a grill plate (15,90€ with (alias beautiful crispy gyros, a peasant salad (7,90€) With one sentence: apart from the thing with the gambakack, we were all very satisfied. Cut. What had a good year before Nestor woke up to put in bed with one of those companies that optimise TripAdvisor ranking for a manageable fee? The restaurant has existed for about a quarter century. Until 2016, no Sau was ready to write a review at TA. But then: Between March 2017 and our visit to September 2018, over a hundred guests fascinated their enthusiasm in clear words: “Friendly reception, great food, nice service, family atmosphere just fits everything here, and that’s for years. Next!” or “Best Greek I have ever been! Great praise to the dear Nestor! Always happy, great atmosphere”. And all really had given the mandatory 5 points in these circles. The fact that the name of the boss is in the restaurant has made it easier for the desk workers to put another personal note in addition to the pathetic diction. Comparative restaurants in the area have no five reviews. After I wrote this, some twoliners were deleted from page 1, but that was it. Since then it has been so far, even with a somewhat reduced number of strokes. In the meantime, the 5 points are only 96% and not 100%. Dear Nestor, if you read this: It is one thing to animate their guests to write reviews. Many do. But what you do here is transparent, embarrassing and you don't have to. In addition to the many management photos you publish as Nestor N travel photos, it does not belong. Now you are number one at TA in Heilsbronn, but you are like Jan Ullrich doped. How good is that with GG there are attentive colleagues who are sufficient for such vulnerability in the germ.
