I've already visited this to breakfast locally, so it was okay. but this one is completely unacceptable. for indoors and outdoors a single service power, long lasted to ever someone came and then waited for very long for the drinks...ca 20 minutes each. the buffet no longer corresponded to the quality of the past...other sausages, no more salmon cream....08/15Backup, ready-cakewe sat outside, good laune until then. the crowning then: a very unfriendly person (no idea what position he has) made the next table plated. there were six people sitting around two little tables. this would be a cursed way. 10 minutes later he comes to us.In totally unfriendly ton the same, the city would have called him this would be a cursed way. Previously on both sides were two tables, which was probably changed. probably only two people come to breakfast. If you put it that way, then they wouldn't have a problem.ABER, a fluchtweg must be declared .and if it doesn't fit the city, then someone comes into the local and certainly doesn't call. The ton makes the music, I have never experienced such an unfriendly people and there is only one solution: never again alex, healbronn has enough good breakfasts with friendly employees.The lacking instead of insufficient due to the young female service power that was probably new and was totally overwhelmed in the cold water.

I was there for breakfast buffet. first: very friendly service, also flott. cappucino ok. and now the buffet: now yes, a normal selection of sausages and cheese, jam, the croissants fresh, but the quality unfortunately also normal to a pick-up - underground bad rolls. the orange juice that had been added to the breakfast, well, would not have been noticed if it had not been given - if it was already rationed, a better quality would have already been in it. if they hadn't been, smooth one and a half points better. and for 8,50 eur, where drinks still come, you can expect quite neat rolls.

Poor and unfriendly service!It came that the orders did not correspond to expectations or something else was served. we will not go there any more.

We were there at breakfast. the staff came very fast to pick up the order, but our drinks came only when we were almost finished with breakfast which was very bad. when we wanted to pay, we had to wait 20 minutes until the service finally came to us. time enough the service had, however, since she spoke with the staff behind the counter in the 20 minutes! very bad because the breakfast was good.

We were 7 nights late in alex. wanted to drink a cocktail after dinner. service staff arrived relatiw fast, but the drinks certainly lasted 15 minutes. in a drink of rhaber the associated gurke was missing, which is still to be overlooked. the caipirinha was far too strong. it was only white and you could not recognize or taste raw sugar or lime. they then complained what was no problem. this was a bit better, but still unfit. the barbara and the alcohol-free caipirinha were good, but no reason to come back. the service staff was also not particularly friendly. smiling would not hurt
