Unfortunately, the highly praised imperial bull just tasted for sweet egg - not delicious! the maril steering dumplings, the carvings and also the bratkartoffels were really good. the service is however quite bad - unattended, consistently untrained and totally confused! Conclusion: price-performance -- unfrictioning
We only went on a glass weeping and dessert and ordered the marillenknödel, an Austrian speciality. they were very good, but we were seriously disappointed by the quality of the wein.
In the beer garden of the golden hecht in heidelberg we enjoyed a fine eating in the free. the service was great and the evening totally pleasant.
The food was in order, but the terrace is not flat, so one of us was above the table and the other underneath. so many smokers as in all Europe must be found. the waitress was murky - our first eating in heidelberg and not a good start - but the rest was good.
